What? Don’t look at me, I’m not explaining anything here.
I will say though, my hands are aching, the amount of lines needed for this page was distinctly more than previous pages. :-\
Every story needs this world building background stuff, but it takes sooooo looooong, so the artist generally picks a few pages per scene that are worth establishing environment and context, and spends more time on those. The other pages make do with just minimal backgrounds, focusing on the characters and dialogue instead. These background detail choices also have a direct effect on pacing, with elaborate surroundings in each panel, the reader will tend to slow down and take things in; but when you need the reader to speed through some energetic scenes, the backgrounds generally stay quick and representative.
